Client project
Red Tulips Accountants – Accountancy Business WordPress Website
A responsive WordPress website created to present the organisation clearly, strengthen its service pages and give visitors straightforward routes to further information and enquiries.
Helios Web Design worked closely with Sasha Owen from Red Tulips Accountancy Services, to design a responsive WordPress brochure website to promote their specialist accountancy services to actors, musicians, performers, photographers and therapists throughout the UK.
Sasha was involved throughout the design process and was able to monitor the progress of the website design on a testing domain to ensure it was exactly right before the website went live. The website is equipped with a blog and social media sharing will be included to improve their businesses online exposure and drive more users to the website.
The WordPress platform will enable Sasha and her colleagues to easily update the content of the website whenever they wish, although Helios Web Design will be happy to implement changes if requested. The website is optimised for search engines and indexed with Google, and Yahoo/Bing. Google Analytics tracking code is included, enabling Sasha to monitor the effectiveness of the website and the ROI of online marketing campaigns.
Helios Web Design will actively manage this site ensuring that the website, plugins and security measures are always up to date and will provide technical support and updates to content as and when required. The total time of the website build from initial development to live deployment was 4 weeks. The total cost of this website is private at the request of the business involved. Ongoing technical support, in year 2 and subsequent years will be available at a market beating rate.

Build approach
Making the website work harder for the organisation
The Red Tulips Accountants – Accountancy Business WordPress Website project was planned as a practical website for a accountancy and bookkeeping business. Its structure is designed to explain financial services, practical expertise and contact options without making visitors work through dense or disconnected information.
Why the site is structured around services
Clear individual accountancy service pages give each important part of the offer a dedicated destination. This helps prospective customers move from a broad first impression to the detail they need, while giving search engines focused pages that can match more specific searches.
Each service page can support its own message, evidence and call to action. It also creates useful internal routes from the homepage, related services and future advice content, making the website easier to expand without weakening the main navigation.
Designed for clarity and future growth
The WordPress build balances straightforward content management with a responsive layout, consistent visual hierarchy and clear enquiry opportunities. The result is a site that can grow as services, examples and supporting information are added.
Helios approaches projects like this through business website design, with options for PAYG WordPress websites and ongoing WordPress support.
