Client project
Lavella Beauty & Wellbeing
A responsive WordPress website created to present the organisation clearly, strengthen its service pages and give visitors straightforward routes to further information and enquiries.

Helios Web Design worked during hours to suit the client, in evenings and at weekends to ensure that the client was actively involved in the design of their website. The client required a “Coming Soon’ site while work was completed on the main site. When the design was completed the main site went live within 12 hours of completion and simple CMS editing and support was given to ensure the client knew how to update their website.

Build approach
Making the website work harder for the organisation
The Lavella Beauty & Wellbeing project was planned as a practical website for a beauty and wellbeing business. Its structure is designed to explain treatments, expertise and booking routes without making visitors work through dense or disconnected information.
Why the site is structured around services
Clear individual treatment pages give each important part of the offer a dedicated destination. This helps prospective customers move from a broad first impression to the detail they need, while giving search engines focused pages that can match more specific searches.
Each service page can support its own message, evidence and call to action. It also creates useful internal routes from the homepage, related services and future advice content, making the website easier to expand without weakening the main navigation.
Designed for clarity and future growth
The WordPress build balances straightforward content management with a responsive layout, consistent visual hierarchy and clear enquiry opportunities. The result is a site that can grow as services, examples and supporting information are added.
Helios approaches projects like this through business website design, with options for PAYG WordPress websites and ongoing WordPress support.

Turning treatments into clear customer journeys
Beauty and wellbeing customers often arrive with a particular treatment, concern or occasion in mind. Giving important treatments their own pages makes prices, benefits and preparation information easier to understand and creates a direct route from search or social media to the most relevant booking decision.
The website can then use related-treatment links, practitioner information and clear contact prompts to build confidence. This structure is also easier to maintain as services change, enabling new treatments or seasonal offers to be introduced without overcrowding the homepage.
