Louisa Sando-Patel from Bright Owl Copywriting & Communications, requires an updated website for her copywriting business providing outsourced Marketing Sales & Business Writing services to UK based businesses. Louisa has an existing WordPress website, but wanted to make it easier to work with and improve her online referral rate with enhanced Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Louisa has a clear vision about how she wants her new website to look and feel and provided an outline of the style and structure of her new website at the beginning of the project. Louisa also wanted to improve her reach through Social Media by implementing online automations to streamline her workflow and draw more potential clients to her business.
Helios Web Design is working with Louisa to improve the effectiveness of her businesses online reach. We are in the process of designing a fully responsive WordPress website for her business. Effective SEO will be implemented and tracking analytics will be installed for the website, enabling Louisa to monitor the effectiveness of the website and the ROI of online marketing campaigns. If necessary we will assist Louisa in selecting and setting up a new hosting package. The website package includes a simple to use visual WYSIWYG page editor and a blog. Online tuition and assistance on how to utilise the website is included in the package.
Helios Web Design will work withBright Owl Copywriting & Communication over the coming year to analyse usage of the website, implement SEO improvements and assist in developing Social Media campaigns and analysis of their effectiveness. The total cost of this website is commercially sensitive and has been kept private. Additional Social Media assistance and user analytics will be billed at an hourly rate. Ongoing technical support, in year 2 and subsequent years will be set at a rate of £135 pa* if required.
