After building my own website for 18 months,It still lacked the sharpness and professional look I had been looking for. I hired Martin from Helios Web Design in July 2017 to improve our businesses internet presence. Our previous website did not rank well in Google search results and generated very few leads. We were looking to improve our ranking and generate more business for my growing company.
I met with Martin and after a consultation on website design, SEO and Social Media Promotion, he re-built our website with visitor analytics, social media automated posting and set up a Twitter business account linked to our existing Facebook business page. We are already seeing an improvement in our search engine ranking and consequently the number of visitors and leads we are getting from the website, getting nearly double the leads on a daily basis after only one week.
Martin has been very helpful beyond just redesigning our website, he set up our business email accounts on our phones and electronic devices, offers tuition on how we can add content to the website and has even helped us organise our work by setting up an electronic calendar that helps us organise our work schedule and track annual service plans and invoices. Martin offers a full 12 month support package with each website he designs so I know I can call on him at any time if I have an issue that needs to be dealt with.
